Never use the same title for a page, be unique and descriptive, Same with meta descriptions makes them catchy to the point and include your focus keywords. Remember this is the first thing people read on Google to see if you are a good match.

Having a sitemap is a good idea, it helps Google crawl your site. Getting a site map is easy you can find a few online tools to help you create this and just upload to your site’s hosting. If you have a WordPress site, you can install Yoast SEO which will do this for you.

Don’t forget to head over to Google Webmaster Tools and submit your sitemap in XML Format, this helps Google crawl your site quicker.
